John,

Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency’s (DOGE) reckless chainsawing of federal agencies is getting some much-needed pushback.

On Tuesday, a federal judge blocked DOGE’s dismantling of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) saying it likely violated the Constitution. [1]

This is cause for celebration! It shows that our collective voices and efforts have made a difference. Together, you’re helping us serve as the check on this unelected billionaire’s power that too many politicians are refusing to provide.

You helped make this happen — and we can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done to speak up against the overreach we’re seeing in Washington and urging our elected officials to stand up for the Constitution and checks and balances.

While this is a win, there’s certainly more work to be done. DOGE is still wreaking havoc on our federal agencies and attempting to call the shots and usurp Congress’ constitutional authority.

We’ve stood up a campaign to put a stop to this and to make sure that Congress steps up and uses its constitutionally-granted powers. We’re making an impact, but we can only go further with your help. Can you chip in $5 today so we can go bigger with our campaign?

Chip in $5!

We appreciate your support,
