Skagit County has released a draft 2025 HOME Annual Action Plan and is seeking feedback on the draft plan. The draft can be found on the HOME Consortium website: https://www.skagitcounty.net/Departments/HumanServices/HomeConsort.htm.
The Skagit County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 15th at 9:30 am to review the proposed 2025 Annual Action Plan and to receive public comment.
