**Free Legal Services for Eligible LA County Tenants Facing Eviction**

The Tenant Right to Counsel Program [ [link removed] ] provides free legal services to eligible LA County tenants facing Unlawful Detainer (eviction) proceedings.

As of January 1, 2025, under the new Tenant Right to Counsel Ordinance [ [link removed] ], you may qualify for free legal assistance through Stay Housed LA [ [link removed] ] if you receive an eviction notice and live within unincorporated Los Angeles County. Eviction can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone.
