Dear John,
Policy. Practice. Power [[link removed]] is back this year with new features that will enhance your conference experience. One of these is the Learning Lab, sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). Learning Lab sessions will take place during concurrent breakouts, offering another option for practitioners to discuss the day-to-day challenges and opportunities that come with operating a shared equity housing program. These highly interactive forums will be led by expert co-facilitators and focus on the broad topics of building homes, organizational development, and stewardship.
Also new this year: concurrent breakout sessions organized into three distinct tracks that align with our conference themes of policy, practice, and power. Policy Track breakout sessions will feature discussions about federal housing policy under the current administration, the role of regional collaboration in helping to increase access to state and local housing funds for shared equity programs, and ways to create multiple funding streams at the local level that can be accessed by lasting affordability and shared equity housing practitioners to ensure their impact continues to be felt at a local level. We hope you’ll join us and other housing stakeholders in Washington, D.C., from May 27 – 29 for this exciting gathering that we know will leave you inspired and energized in your efforts to create housing solutions that remain affordable for generations! Remember, March 31 is the last day to secure your spot at our early bird rate so click below to register now.
