We are on day 3 of the Meditation Challenge - what do you think so far?
One of the coolest things we've seen this year is that several of our Brain Longevity Specialists are bringing entire classes to practice together during the livestream. Shigeko Sleeper, E-RYT, BLS and her beautiful class are pictured above.
Another BLTT graduate, Kim Festa, RYT, BLS said, "My students reported that they felt more relaxed and calm after the meditation. Another said that she found it so beneficial as she has tried many times to meditate and has never been successful, she truly felt that this meditation was totally different and it kept her mind engaged.

12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET / 8 pm Europe
We will teach you how to meditate, practice together, and then hold a Q&A for a total of 30 minutes.
