NASA Astronauts Return Home
New York Post: The US astronauts stranded on the International Space Station are home at last — more than nine months after their days-long jaunt into orbit turned into a headline-grabbing space odyssey. Butch Wilmore, 62, and 59-year-old Suni Williams splashed down off the coast of Tallahassee, Fla., just before 6 p.m. EST Tuesday, concluding a 17-hour return journey from the ISS aboard a SpaceX Crew Dragon Freedom capsule. Their triumphant homecoming came a baffling 278 days behind schedule — when they first arrived at the ISS in June 2024, they were scheduled to stay for just about 10 days ( New York Post). Rapid Response 47: PROMISES MADE, PROMISES KEPT ( X)! Charlie Kirk: While the Democrats are burning down Tesla’s dealerships, SpaceX just saved these two astronauts who Joe Biden left stranded. NASA gets $25 billion a year and couldn’t do this ( X).

Federal Judge Mandates Elon Musk Reinstate USAID
Hill: A federal judge ruled Tuesday that Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) likely exercised unconstitutional authority “in multiple ways” in dismantling the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang’s ruling in favor of 26 current and former USAID workers seeks to “delay a premature, final shutdown” of the agency while litigation continues ( Hill). Eric Daugherty: A judge just ordered Elon Musk’s DOGE to all but fully reinstate USAID after they dismantled it. That’s right. A judge is now singlehandedly running the executive branch ( X). Nick Sortor: How can a judge FORCE the executive branch to allow USAID to continue to fund PROVEN waste, fraud, and abuse? Activist judges have essentially TAKEN CONTROL of the executive branch, undermining the power of the President and his deputies ( X).

Senator Schumer Mocks Americans Who Want to Pay Less Taxes
Coming from an out-of-touch elitist. Outkick: Leave it to a scumbag career politician like Chuck Schumer, who has sucked off the teet of the American taxpayer for 45 years of his life to lecture Americans who want to keep more of their hard-earned money. In a particularly disgusting rant Tuesday on The View while surrounded by those cackling wokes, the New York Senator, who can’t grill a cheeseburger, mocked “greedy” Americans who want to pay less taxes to an over-spending, out-of-control government that keeps printing money ( Outkick). Greg Price: Schumer mocks “greedy” Americans who want to keep more of their own money: “Their attitude is, ‘I made my money all by myself. How dare your government take my money from me'” ( X)?

Tesla Owners Doxxed by Radical Activists
They are actively putting people’s lives at risk. This is terrorism. New York Post: A website called “Dogequest” reportedly has published the personal information of Tesla owners nationwide in an apparent bid to shame and intimidate them as Elon Musk’s ties with the Trump White House have grown. The site, called “Dogequest,” reportedly reveals the names, addresses and phone numbers of Tesla owners throughout the US using an interactive map — and uses an image of a Molotov cocktail as a cursor. The site’s operators, who also posted the exact locations of Tesla dealerships, said that they will remove identifying information about Tesla drivers only if they provide proof that they sold their electric vehicles ( New York Post). Mario Nawfal: TESLA OWNERS DOXED: SELL YOUR CAR OR STAY ON THE LIST… This comes as Tesla dealerships face gunfire, arson attempts, and Cybertruck owners report harassment, while anti-Tesla protests ramp up nationwide ( X).

Putin Agrees to 30-Day Ceasefire on Ukraine’s Energy Infrastructure
Fox News: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday ordered his military to adhere to a 30-day ceasefire on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, but he did not extend the temporary truce to the active frontlines or civilian populations ( Fox News). Salem News Channel: Putin, it said, had also “responded constructively” to a Trump initiative on protecting shipping in the Black Sea and the two sides agreed to begin negotiations. The Kremlin said that Russia and Ukraine would conduct another prisoner exchange on Wednesday, trading 175 people from each side. Putin has said he wants Ukraine to drop its ambitions to join NATO, Russia to control the entirety of the four Ukrainian regions it has claimed as its own, and the size of the Ukrainian army to be limited. He has also made clear he wants Western sanctions eased and a presidential election to be held in Ukraine, which Kyiv says is premature while martial law is in force ( Salem News Channel).

Supreme Court to Hear Pivotal Case on Funding for Planned Parenthood
Live Action: On April 2, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments in Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, a case that could protect states from lawsuits when they disqualify Planned Parenthood or any organization from their Medicaid programs. According to John Bursch, senior counsel and vice president of appellate advocacy with Alliance Defending Freedom, this case is “pivotal.” “Planned Parenthood portrays itself as a healthcare provider, but it is an organization dedicated to abortion and controversial gender transition treatments, not comprehensive healthcare,” said Bursch during a press briefing… With this case, the Supreme Court is asked to answer a yes or no question: Can beneficiaries under this particular provision of the Medicaid Act sue a state when that state disqualifies their provider of choice ( Live Action)? Washington Times: Mr. Bursch said Medicaid recipients should go to clinics that provide actual health care instead of a focus on abortion services and birth control options ( Washington Times).

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Scores Win for Pro-Life Cause
Townhall: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Monday the arrest of a midwife who was allegedly performing illegal abortions and operating a network of clinics in the Houston area. In a statement announcing the arrest of Maria Margarita Rojas, 48, who was also practicing medicine without a license, Paxton’s office made clear the state targets abortion providers, not patients ( Townhall). Attorney General Ken Paxton: In Texas, life is sacred. I will always do everything in my power to protect the unborn, defend our state’s pro-life laws, and work to ensure that unlicensed individuals endangering the lives of women by performing illegal abortions are fully prosecuted. Texas law protecting life is clear, and we will hold those who violate it accountable ( X).

Republicans Look to Crack Down on Chinese Police Stations Operating in the U.S.
National Review: Congressional Republicans are targeting Chinese police stations operating in the U.S. with new legislation designed to counter the Chinese Communist Party’s foreign influence operations. Representative Ashley Hinson (R., Iowa) introduced legislation Friday to impose financial punishments on the secret Chinese police stations, which operate under the guise of providing bureaucratic services to Chinese citizens living abroad but actually act as the enforcement arm of the CCP overseas. The bill would also bolster the legal options available for prosecuting individuals engaging in Chinese intelligence activities, National Review has learned ( National Review). Representative Ashley Hinson: The CCP should have NEVER been able to operate police stations in the U.S. to surveil American citizens and harass Chinese citizens who have fled the Communist regime. I’m proud to partner with my friend Sen. Tom Cotton in introducing the Expel Illegal Chinese Police Act to end China’s illegal intimidation tactics. We should find, prosecute, and sanction any CCP official involved in standing up police stations on U.S. soil ( X).
