While I've only had the privilege of working directly with Jim Banks in the Senate for a short time, I know he's already one of our Most Valuable Players.

Jim is an Afghanistan veteran who knows how to work within a team to achieve a common goal. If I could've recruited him, I know he'd have what it takes to take one to the house from the slot. But, I'll take what I can get in the Senate.

Let's get down to brass tacks. We need Jim in the Senate. At the end of the day, he's one of President Trump's closest allies, which puts a huge target on his back.

Now his End-of-Month deadline is coming up, and he shared with me that he's well behind pace to meet his goal. I told him not to worry – I'm getting my team on it.
