Nneka Akubeze (she/her) Born and raised in Milwaukee to first-generation African parents, Nneka has dedicated their life to justice, leadership development, and youth empowerment. She has trained and coached organizers with re:power, the Leading Change Network, and Wild Project while also working as a criminal defense and immigration attorney. Now supporting youth organizing in Wisconsin and Florida, Nneka finds joy in playing guitar and watching ’90s sitcoms. |

Shakeyla M. Ingram (she/her) is a communications strategist, former elected official, and advocate dedicated to uplifting underrepresented communities. As Vice President of Black Artist Forward and founder of Haus Host Consulting, she champions equity in the arts and grassroots engagement. A published author and motivational speaker, she empowers others through her memoir Intentionally Here and her bi-weekly newsletter, Intentional Impact. |

Andrea Ornelas (she/her/ella) is a community organizer and leadership trainer dedicated to uplifting Latinx and BIPOC communities. She has coached over 2,000 changemakers in public narrative and organizing with groups like Vital Voices and Harvard and now leads re:power’s Grassroots Organizing School, Strategy Academy, and Storytelling Academy. Based in Atlanta, she continues to mentor and advocate for social justice while supporting organizers in building power. |

Keron Blair (he/him) is a seasoned organizer and strategist with over two decades of experience leading grassroots movements, building coalitions, and driving campaign strategy. As Vice President for State Network Strategy at the Center, he has worked on issues from voting rights to economic and racial justice while also training and coaching movement leaders. A skilled fundraiser and organizational builder, he has helped raise millions for organizers and campaigns, ensuring they have the resources and systems to create lasting change.
