Dear Mr. xxxxxx:
Good Saturday morning. The past month has been a monumental one - not just in Washington, but for our entire nation. I’m excited about the changes President Trump is already making to transform the Executive Branch to better reflect the priorities of the American people as a whole. And I know more is still to come.
60th Presidential Inauguration

I know many of you probably watched the Inauguration of President Donald J. Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance. I was honored to be able to attend the ceremony inside the U.S. Capitol Rotunda where it had been moved due to the cold. I believe this is the beginning of a new “Golden Age” for our nation, just as President Trump has promised.
We have already seen President Trump issue Executive Orders to reverse dangerous policies signed by Joe Biden, including left-wing policies that opened our southern border to an influx of illegal immigration, increased our dependence on foreign oil, and embedded radical leftist ideologies within the federal government. President Trump is taking decisive action to address these issues, and we in Congress stand ready to work with him to move our country forward.
Inauguration Plans, Revamped

As I mentioned above, this inauguration had to be moved indoors due to the extreme cold outside. Many constituents from the Fourth District traveled to Washington to witness the swearing-in ceremony but were unable to attend because of the limited space in the rotunda. To accommodate them, my office hosted an inauguration watch party for more than 150 people. It was a wonderful experience to celebrate this exciting new chapter in our country’s history with so many fellow Alabamians.
Meeting with the Albertville Band

More than 300 members of the Albertville High School Band were supposed to have marched in the Inaugural Parade. Although the cold weather also caused the parade to be canceled, the band still made the trip to Washington. While they were not able to perform, Senator Katie Britt and I still enjoyed getting to meet with them out on the steps of the Capitol.
Serving You in Congress

On January 3rd, I was honored to take the oath of office, beginning another two-year term of service in the U.S. House of Representatives. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson administered the oath. He had just been re-elected to serve as Speaker.
We have a lot of challenges before us, with a very thin majority, but I’m confident we can deliver on bills that improve our nation, strengthen our border, bolster our economy, and help us regain our dominance on the world stage. It is time to move forward after the last four years of American weakness.
Protecting Woman’s Healthcare
On January 22nd, I introduced the Protect Funding for Women’s Health Care Act in the House of Representatives. This important legislation ensures that federal tax dollars are not used to fund Planned Parenthood or its affiliates. By redirecting these resources, we can safeguard the lives of unborn children while ensuring that taxpayer dollars are invested in real health care services for women—services that protect and promote the sanctity of life at every stage.
Defending the unborn has always been one of my top priorities since coming to Congress, and I remain committed to this cause every single day. This legislation reflects the values we hold dear and provides the resources women need without compromising on the right to life. I am grateful for the support of organizations like Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, which shares our vision for protecting the unborn and investing in comprehensive, life-affirming health care for women across the country.
I will be back in touch in early March.
May God bless you and your loved ones.
Sincerely,
Robert B. Aderholt
