If this bill makes its way to the Senate, I will do everything in power to try to stop it.

Friend, Republicans want your job to be more dangerous.

Why? So their billionaire bosses can put a few more bucks in their pocket.

OSHA was created over 50 years ago with the mission of making work sites across the country safer and healthier for workers.

And it’s been effective in that mission: Since 1970, OSHA programs have reduced work-related fatalities by almost 63% and cut workplace injuries by 40%. Meanwhile, 90% of serious accidents happen at workplaces that haven’t been inspected by OSHA.

It’s a critical function of our federal government, but Republicans don’t see it that way. To them, it’s just another regulation that gets in the way of the bosses doing whatever they want to their workers.

Billionaires like Elon Musk want to see working class folks work longer hours with more risks to their health and safety so they can drive up profits.

When my father was a young worker, there was no OSHA. He lost part of his finger in a workplace accident. He knew first-hand the importance of safeguarding our workers from the hazards that the big bosses didn’t care about.

Here’s my pledge to the working class of America: If this bill makes its way to the Senate, I will do everything in power to try to stop it.

And I have an ask for you too.

With all of the chaos of Trump’s administration playing out, it’s important to remember our golden rule: Don’t agonize, organize. So I’m hoping I can count on your help to power our work to fight back against Trump and Musk.

Can you chip in $5 or whatever you can afford today and help our movement keep up the pressure in Washington? Grassroots support will be critical in the days ahead.
