SB 1280 mandates that within one hour after the polls close, county recorders must publicly release the names, voter IDs, and political party registrations of every voter in the election. We’re also ensuring that the cast vote record is made public in a sortable format—so anyone can verify the election results independently.
No more hiding behind vague results or delaying transparency.
This bill will make our elections clear and open to everyone.
