Jack, Texas just made its first criminal charge for abortion since its near-total ban was implemented in 2022. The morally corrupt Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton released a statement saying a Houston-area midwife was charged with performing an illegal abortion and practicing medicine without a license. The former charge is a second-degree felony, which comes with a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison. Check out the latest:
