The Center for American Liberty filed a petition for certiorari at the U.S. Supreme Court, asking the Court to hear our Title VI case against a Texas school district after teachers and school administrators harassed a student for being a white Trump supporter. |
Game-changing Amicus Brief Filed with Supreme Court |
The Center for American Liberty filed an amicus brief in Mahmoud v. Taylor, challenging a Maryland school district’s policy that violates parental rights. This case directly impacts our ongoing lawsuit, Regino v. Staley, which is still waiting for a decision from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
