The Washington DOH Office of Infectious Disease co-presents the March 2025 session of the webinar series Building Skills in Sexual Health. The series is in its third year of supporting providers and related staff at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) to integrate person-centered sexual and reproductive health care into primary care.

Dr. Himmelfarb earned her medical degree from George Washington University, completed her residency at Tulane University Medical School and is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Himmelfarb's expertise includes infectious disease issues, including bone and joint infections, travel medicine, and tuberculosis, as well as primary care centered around patients living with HIV or receiving PrEP to prevent HIV. She also focuses on harm reduction.
