The Washington DOH Office of Infectious Disease co-presents the March 2025 session of the webinar series Building Skills in Sexual Health. The series is in its third year of supporting providers and related staff at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) to integrate person-centered sexual and reproductive health care into primary care.
Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) reduces the risk of HIV acquisition. PrEP can be taken in different ways based on the needs of the patient. Please join us on Friday, March 21, to learn how to offer PrEP and on-demand (2-1-1) PrEP.

Dr. Himmelfarb earned her medical degree from George Washington University, completed her residency at Tulane University Medical School and is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Himmelfarb's expertise includes infectious disease issues, including bone and joint infections, travel medicine, and tuberculosis, as well as primary care centered around patients living with HIV or receiving PrEP to prevent HIV. She also focuses on harm reduction.
