Stronger. Fairer. Forward.

Team,

For the first time, 16 and 17-year-olds in Newark will have the chance to vote in their school board elections. That means more young people will have a direct say in the decisions shaping their education and their future.

This is a huge step forward for youth civic engagement — but only if we can get young voters to turn out!

We need to spread the word so as many people as possible know about this opportunity. Make sure to encourage your friends and family in Newark — especially young people — to register and vote. You can register online here.

We’re building a stronger, fairer future for New Jersey, and that starts with civic engagement.

This is a historic moment for New Jersey’s youth. Let’s make sure every young person in Newark has the chance to make their voice heard.

Thank you.

Phil Murphy

Phil Murphy is hard at work on policies to rebuild the American Dream right here in New Jersey.

He’s cutting taxes, creating jobs, funding schools, and expanding opportunity — but he’s not alone. Stronger Fairer Forward exists to support that vision. Together, we’ll create more opportunities and revitalize the middle class.
