Two weeks from today, Wisconsin voters will head to the polls to elect a new judge to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Trump's puppeteer Elon Musk may be playing citizen president in Washington, but he also has his sights and wallet set on Wisconsin, where he’s hoping to make MAGA candidate Brad Schimel his new marionette.

Basically, what happens in Wisconsin on April 1st is a big deal. And with early voting starting as soon as tomorrow for some Wisconsinites, we don’t have a second to waste.

Let’s zoom out for a second: the results of that election will determine the balance of the court and the voting rights of Wisconsinites, and they could ultimately impact national elections in 2026 and 2028.
