When we’re in pain, we want relief and compassionate care. But for animals in labs, these basic needs are often ignored, or worse, disregarded. Animals are forced to suffer through painful experiments that can sometimes last for years, without the mercy of pain medication. 

That means enduring vomiting, bleeding, organ damage, heart failure and even cancer without the slightest relief. What’s more, these tests are largely outdated, unnecessary and ineffective.
