With winter weather still bringing chilly winds and rainy days to much of Oregon, it can be hard to believe that summer really isn’t too far away!

At Oregon Right to Life Education Foundation, we’re getting started early planning for our summer pro-life fair booths. This crucial outreach ensures that thousands of Oregonians hear the pro-life message at fairs statewide every single year.

This year, we need fair coordinators in numerous counties to help make this important project a success. Fair coordinators take the lead role in organizing a community-driven pro-life presence at the local fair. They reserve space at the fair, coordinate the booth materials and design, and manage volunteers to keep the booth staffed and spreading the pro-life message.

If this is something you’re interested in, we’ll provide you with the support you need to make it a reality.

Interested in hosting a brand new fair booth? We will sponsor it for you!

Sponsorship means that we will:

Cover vendor fee for the boothMail fair supplies to you free of chargeFund and organize a volunteer recruitment mailer

We’ll also provide the standard support offered to all fair coordinators:

A fair manual with a step-by-step guide to coordinating a successful booth.Volunteer recruitment emails.Volunteer training support, including free access to the Equipped for Life Course from Equal Rights Institute.Giveaway items and handouts, including pocket babies (12-week fetal models) and educational handouts in English and Spanish.Interactive tools for your booth, including a spinning wheel to engage the public, a heartbeat phone, and Touch of Life fetal models. Support and encouragement from our experienced staff.

If you're not located in any of those counties, don't worry! You can still get involved even if your county already has a coordinator. Pro-life chapters are always looking for more people to volunteer and get involved in fair booth outreach!
