Temporary Eviction Protections in Effect for Fire-Impacted Renters
Qualified Los Angeles County tenants facing evictions for non-payment of rent between February 1 and July 31, 2025 due to fire-related impacts are protected by a countywide emergency eviction protection resolution enacted by the Board of Supervisors. Amendments to Rental Regulations for City of Pasadena
Pasadena's Rental Housing Board approved amendments to the City's rental regulations in response to the Eaton Fire. The amendments provide additional protections to displaced residents and ensure stability for landlords and tenants during the recovery process. to learn more.
