We are thrilled to announce that Jacinta González is joining MediaJustice.

As the first-ever Head of Programs, Jacinta will expand external partnerships while spearheading strategy for the organization’s Movement Building, Narrative and Communications, and Political Education teams.

Jacinta joins us from Mijente, where she led campaign efforts to fight the criminalization of immigrants and expose the ways ICE uses surveillance technology to fuel detention and deportation. We’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Jacinta for years, most recently on Tech Back Tech, making her transition into our ranks especially gratifying.
