Hint: It’s not Ghostbusters 
 
In the first weeks after a random and unexpected hurricane hit Western North Carolina. The destruction was complete. The roads collapsed, the river was up, many people were left without homes or cars, and others were missing. (Unfortunately, some folks are still missing many months later.) Cell phone towers were also down, and there was no electricity unless you managed to save a generator from the chaos. 
 
Everyone who had people over there was desperate to get in touch with the folks they love. A friend of mine spent six frantic days searching for word on family members who were suddenly cut off from the world.
