Are you an artist, musician, chef, or world-renowned bridge player — or just someone who likes to paint, strum a guitar, cook family recipes, or play cards — and willing to donate your time?

World BEYOND War is holding a Global Skills Exchange and is looking for your skills to help amplify our work and bring an end to war.

Given that many of us around the world are still living in quarantine, we think it’s a unique opportunity to connect and share our talents and skills all while supporting the abolition of war.

What we’re looking for: Anyone who has talents, skills, services, or small businesses they’d like to promote through a donation that can be offered and shared virtually.

We're not asking you to donate money. We're asking you to donate your time with a skill lesson, performance, coaching session, or other online service via video. Then someone else will donate to World BEYOND War in order to enjoy what you're offering.

Think: a cooking class of a traditional meal from your country, violin or drawing lessons, yoga classes, a private concert, wine tasting, language tutoring, game teaching, or anything else you can think of.

We may even include such offerings as a dinner over Zoom with a favorite celebrity/artist/writer/activist. So, if you can confirm that such a person is willing to offer their time in this way, please let us know.

We may even include things we haven't yet thought of that you propose and are able to offer!

To avoid having to coordinate shipping and to mitigate exposure to public spaces including the post office, we are looking for donations that don’t have to be handled or shipped.

We’ll send out more information soon with the details of the launch, so keep an eye out. In the meantime, please consider sharing a skill or virtual service while connecting with our global community during this time and learning of all the wonderful talents our community boasts beyond our collective commitment and work to abolish war.
