Dear PAVe Supporters, Puff Bar and hundreds of other disposable flavored e-cigarettes are inexplicably exempt from FDA’s 2020 guidance, the so-called “flavor ban” that has done very little to protect our kids from the predatory behavior of of Big Tobacco companies. We’re calling on FDA to take action against Puff Bar, PERHAPS THE MOST EGREGIOUS OF THESE COMPANIES, whose marketing appears to DIRECTLY target minors and that operates in multiple ways that seem to directly violate FDA’s own rules, as outlined in our letters below and in today’s New York Times.
