Is PorcFest 2020 canceled? Is it happening? What are those Free Staters up to? Here's your liberty roundup from New Hampshire!
PorcFest 2020 ([link removed] )
Hi, Porcupine
If you haven't heard the news, I won't keep you in suspense any longer - YES! PorcFest 2020 is happening! ([link removed] )
Around the world, major, pre-planned annual events have been canceled or postponed. In sharp contrast, the Free State Project has decided to hold PorcFest 2020 at the same location and same dates as originally planned: in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, June 22nd-28th!
Every year, PorcFest lights up and engages the world's liberty movement. As expected, our social media is already buzzing with interest and questions about this year's PorcFest. Find out what people are saying:

With PorcFest XVII still a few weeks away, there's still plenty of time for you to prepare.
This year, we're capturing our early years with a throwback style. Expect more decentralization with smaller, more intimate events hosted at campsites across the grounds.
On top of that, decentralization will be balanced with intriguing speakers that you've come to expect from PorcFest. So, join us Thursday through Sunday in the open air Pavilion for gripping talks from:
- Tom Woods. Author, podcaster, Ph.D. in history from Columbia University
- Jeffrey Tucker. Editorial Director for the American Institute for Economic Research
- Corey A. DeAngelis. Director of School Choice at the Reason Foundation, adjunct fellow at the Cato Foundation
- Liberty Doll. YouTuber, counselor, life coach
- And more speakers will be added later!
On the Main Stage, come enjoy returning crowd favorites like Soap Box Idol. In addition, don't forget to bring your burning questions for our speakers and panelists.
All of this action comes with a reduced ticket price of only $25 for the whole week!
To be sure, this year's PorcFest is a great sponsorship opportunity ([link removed] ) . Don't miss your chance to be part of what will be THE most-lauded liberty event of the year!
By now, I'm sure you're on board. Still, if you can't make it, I'll understand. But, I have one question for our supporters who don't go to PorcFest 2020: How many "In Spirit" tickets ([link removed] ) will you buy to show you respect our efforts?
In the end, no matter what challenges are thrown our way, we will defy the odds - even if we have to trick our overlords by putting up a sign that says, "Temporary Wal-Mart, so it's cool, c'mon in!"
One thing's for sure, PorcFest 2020 is going to be one for the ages. Whoever attends will have some interesting stories to tell for the rest of their lives.
So, are you in?
In Liberty,
Vince Perfetto

Someone has been a busy bee!
The Free State Project is so lucky to have a super activist like Carla Gericke!
Not only is she President Emeritus and Chairman of the Board of the Free State Project - and running for NH Senate again ([link removed] ) - but she's also leading a team of stellar volunteers to produce PorcFest 2020! ([link removed] )
In between these volunteer efforts, Carla squeezed in some time to do some interviews:
- Catch Carla's recent appearance on the hugely popular Tom Woods Show ([link removed] ) .
- Before that, she caught up with Tatiana Moroz ([link removed] ) , long-time supporter of the FSP and Ron Paul.
- BONUS: Take a listen to this interview from December ([link removed] ) . Considering current events, that interview is a fascinating look back at how different things were only a short time ago.
So, when you see Carla at PorcFest, don't buy her a drink (she's been sober for a couple of years now ([link removed] ) ). Instead, if you want to say "Thank you, Carla!", grab a few of those In Spirit tickets to PorcFest 2020! ([link removed] )
