Hi John,

It’s a new year, which means it’s time to get together with ELPN to socialize, connect, and network!

Join us on Thursday, February 20 from 5:30-7:30PM PT at Kinfolx in Oakland for the 2025 ELPN Kickoff, a social get-together of affordable housing professionals. If you’re new to the affordable housing field, your presence is especially encouraged. Tickets are $10 and include light refreshments from Kinfolx and small bites from Asúkar.

Registration deadline: Monday, February 17 at 11:59PM
If cost is a barrier, please email Andrew at [email protected]. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds!

Meet the 2025-26 ELPN Steering Committee at the 2025 ELPN Kickoff!

ELPN is led by a steering committee, an all-volunteer group that manages ELPN’s day-to-day operations and program development and addresses the diversity of topics and challenges faced by the affordable housing industry. We’re thrilled to introduce this program year’s committee members, who are eager to meet you at the Kickoff!
