DWC readopts sections of Texas Administrative Code

DWC readopts all sections in 28 Texas Administrative Code Chapters 129 [ [link removed] ], 130 [ [link removed] ], 131 [ [link removed] ], 132 [ [link removed] ], 133 [ [link removed] ], 134 [ [link removed] ], 136 [ [link removed] ], and 137 [ [link removed] ]. State agencies are required to review rules every four years and either readopt, readopt with amendments, or repeal the rule.

2025 Conference call for presenters now open
Call for presenters

The 2025 Texas Workers' Compensation Conference happens Sept. 29-30 at the Embassy Suites in San Marcos.

This year's conference, "Decoding Comp," explores some of the more complex aspects of workers' compensation, as well as trends and issues to watch.
