These are unprecedented times. And I won’t sit back and watch as our democracy is attacked, our rule of law is discarded, and your safety—including the safety of your personal information—is put at risk.
This week, after "President" Musk received access to our Treasury system, I heard the Secretary of the Treasury was on Capitol Hill. I went to the Speaker's office to demand answers about Musk's access to your information. I wanted Speaker Johnson, Secretary Bessent, and every lawless Republican to know that I will not allow the richest man in the world—who is unelected and has not gone through a background check—to have access to your sensitive private information. They might not want to discuss the chaos of this Administration, but that won’t stop me.
My behavior might have been deemed "rude, aggressive, and unhinged" by Republicans, but I will not sit by and watch as he hands over our country to this unelected billionaire and puts Americans at risk, no matter what names they throw at me.
