John,

It is a bizarre time legally in our country.

Today, former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is testifying before the Senate about spying on Americans, wearing wires in the White House, and numerous Deep State abuses.

A federal judge just had his own defense counsel file a response trying to block the dismissal of the Gen. Michael Flynn case in federal appeals court.

This is unheard of.

For years we've been telling you about the Deep State's attempts to undermine the conservative agenda and criminalize the execution of the Constitution. You've seen it play out in the headlines: spying, unmasking, bureaucratic abuses.

At the ACLJ, we've been battling this kind of corruption for years. Right now, we're engaged in numerous lawsuits against the Deep State over these exact issues. We're in court against the Deep State FBI over Comey's spies in the White House. We're in court against the intelligence community over the Obama Administration's expansive unmasking. We're right in the middle of these investigations.

And we are winning. But as we're uncovering corruption and defeating the Deep State in court, we need YOU.

Sign Our Petition: Defeat the Deep State Spying in Court.
