Let’s make it clear what’s happening right now: Elon Musk, the richest man
in the world, is using his immense wealth and access to the President to
systematically dismantle our government and collect private data from the
American people.

Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
