Friend,
Today, New York’s highest state court will hear one of the most important cases ever.
On his way out of office, Socialist Mayor Bill de Blasio passed a law allowing non-citizens to vote in New York City elections, including Mayor and City Council.
I was proud to be a leader in the fight against De Blasio's law as a plaintiff in the successful lawsuit that blocked it.

After we defeated them two times in court, the Democrats have now taken their case to New York’s top court, the Court of Appeals, hoping to allow an estimated 800,000 non-citizens to vote.
That is almost as many non-citizens as EVERY VOTER who cast a ballot in the last mayoral election!
The New York State Constitution says “every citizen shall be entitled to vote at every election” and, last year, a mid-level state court agreed with us, ruling that this “irrefutable inference applies that noncitizens were intended to be excluded from those entitled to vote.”

If the ruling goes against us, De Blasio's radical scheme will forever change our city.
I’ll keep you posted on this important case.
Sincerely,
