Distributor Returns Due February 18

Your January return and payment for Cigarette Tax or Tobacco Tax are due February 18. You can file your return and pay any tax due electronically through e-Services.

Revised Forms for 2025 Sales Tax Rate

We have revised our Cigarette Tax forms with the 2025 Sales Tax rate which is now 78.6 cents per pack of 20 cigarettes.

If you file on paper, please use the revised Cigarette Tax forms available on our website (noted "Periods after Jan. 1, 2025").
