In a new article, The New York Times revealed that the CIA sent an unclassified email to the Trump Administration containing personal information about new hires, including their first names and the first initials of their last names. That’s because Trump asked for this information and could very well have a plan to fire many of these new employees.

This order from the Trump Administration is incredibly dangerous. This list could easily have been leaked to adversaries, and it included names of hires who could be identified by bad actors. Many of these new hires are language experts with distinctive first names that would make them easily recognizable to our nation’s adversaries.

As Trump and his buddies like Elon Musk work to shrink our federal agencies, our national security will pay the price.
