Parents Against Vaping is thrilled to host the first Clear the Vapor Conversations event of 2025.

From Awareness to Action: How To Advocate Against Youth Vaping, featuring advocacy expert Shellie Bressler will take place on Wednesday, February 26 at 1:00 PM EST.

Join us for an informative webinar featuring Shellie Bressler, an expert in legislative advocacy with nearly 30 years of experience on Capitol Hill. Shellie has worked closely with members of congress and their staffs, equipping individuals and organizations with the tools to advocate effectively.

In this session, Ms. Bressler will break down how you can take direct action to protect youth from the vaping and tobacco industries—whether by engaging with your community, reaching out to legislators, or pushing for policy change. Learn how to make your voice heard and drive meaningful impact.

Don’t miss this opportunity to turn awareness into action!

Be sure to submit your questions for our expert when you register below. Please note that this webinar has a $10 registration fee. The recording will be shared with all registrants.

With nearly 30 years of experience on Capitol Hill, Shellie Bressler has worked in both the House and Senate, serving on multiple committees and in leadership offices. She has advised lawmakers on key policy issues, including global health, economic policy, and government oversight, and has met with thousands of constituents and advocacy groups to help them effectively communicate with Congress. As a former Senior Professional Staff Member for the House Foreign Affairs and Senate Foreign Relations Committees, she played a critical role in shaping legislative initiatives, including global health programs and economic policy. Now, she trains organizations of all sizes on how to engage legislators, advocate for change, and navigate the policymaking process to make their voices heard.

Like our annual conference, the Clear the Vapor Conversations series convenes researchers, public health advocates, and leading experts as they participate in informative discussions held throughout the year. The series addresses a variety of topics including: environmental harms caused by vaping; “creative” vaping cessation ideas; and engaging youth to quit. Each event features a moderated discussion with your questions answered live.
