John xxxxxx,
Are young people in your life prepared to address incidents of antisemitism in and out of school?
At ADL, we prepare Jewish youth to respond effectively to antisemitism whenever and wherever they encounter it and to become leaders in their communities through Words to Action, an interactive program.
Words to Action is a facilitated workshop that allows Jewish teens and young adults to reflect on their Jewish identity and their experiences with antisemitism, as well as learn steps that they can take to combat antisemitism when and where they see it. Through these sessions, students engage in a range of activities and facilitated conversations.
Starting next month, ADL's Southern Division will be hosting virtual Words to Action sessions for students, and a virtual session for parents and caregivers.
We invite you to join us in empowering Jewish high school students to become leaders in addressing antisemitism.
For parents and caregivers, please join us on zoom February 25th, 7-8pm. This session will focus on Jewish student safety and inclusion in the K-12 setting. They will be provided guidance on how to advocate for supportive education environments for their children and appropriate school response to incidents of antisemitism. You can register here:
