Donald Trump has made one thing clear: He has no interest in governing.

He’s bypassing Congress with executive orders while pretending he can rewrite the Constitution. He's handed over Americans’ most sensitive data to his billionaire allies, and now, he’s trying to surround himself with a Cabinet that will let him get away with it. Not on my watch.

Moving forward, I will continue to not vote to confirm a single one of Trump’s Cabinet nominees. Not one. Every single person he picks will do exactly what he wants at the drop of a hat — no matter how reckless or undemocratic. I've heard it myself over hours of conversations and hearings with these people.

American families are struggling. Grocery prices are still rising and not one thing the Trump administration has done has helped. Instead, they’re focused on consolidating power and making it harder for us to fight back.

I refuse to support anyone who treats our democracy like a plaything. Standing up to Trump comes at a cost, and I know his allies will come after us with everything they have.
