John,

Cuts to NIH funding by the Trump Administration will delay life-saving treatments and undermine our ability to combat diseases like cancer and heart disease.

This short-sighted decision will impact lives and life-saving research across the country, including in Minnesota.

Why are they cutting funding for cancer trials? So they can give $2 trillion in tax breaks to the wealthiest people in the country.

I am fighting back to hold the Trump Administration accountable. Will you contribute any amount to help power this ongoing work?

I’ve promised to find common ground when we can and stand our ground where we must. We’ll use the Court cases, Congress, and in the long term, elections.

I hope I can count on you to stick with me. Will you donate today?
