Team –
Two federal judges are condemning Trump’s decision to pardon 1,500 people charged with crimes relating to the January 6 insurrection. Clemency cannot erasethat dark day in our nation’s history. Trump is attempting to minimize the actions of the insurrectionists and downplay the impacts on our country.
Judge Baryl Howell said “No ‘process of national reconciliation’ can begin when poor losers, whose preferred candidate loses an election, are glorified for disrupting a constitutionally mandated proceeding in Congress and doing so with impunity.”
We must do our part to remember what truly happened on January 6th and commit ourselves to fighting for free and fair elections where the results are certified regardless to whetherMAGA republicans like the outcome.
