Lawyers from Public Citizen were back in court yesterday in one of the six lawsuits we’ve filed so far against the Trump regime.

We haven’t emailed you specifically about this case yet, but it’s a big one:

• As you know, Donald Trump has been issuing a series of absurd, vindictive, and illegal executive orders since returning to office.

• In response, many government agencies — under the “leadership” of MAGA sycophants installed by Trump — are recklessly removing important information and data from their websites.

• This includes essential public health agencies like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

• The CDC and FDA are wiping from their websites vital information that doctors and researchers all across the country were actively using to treat patients, monitor diseases, advance medical discoveries, and save lives.

• For example, the CDC scrubbed information about school bullying, contraception, and preventing the spread of HIV. The FDA deleted pages about increasing female enrollment in clinical trials.

• In some instances, information that had been publicly available going back to the 1990s has vanished.

Public Citizen is representing Doctors for America in this case, which we filed last week.

We were in court yesterday urging a federal judge to issue an emergency injunction requiring this information to be restored until the court has resolved our suit.

This morning, the judge granted our request for an injunction and ordered the agencies to restore the information.

But this lawsuit is not over. Next, we have to convince the judge to make his order permanent.

Again, this is one of six lawsuits Public Citizen has already filed against the Trump regime — we’ve been emailing you updates about some of the others — and there are more to come.
