Ted Milner is President of Executive Temps, the leading employment agency in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, meeting the professional needs of the entertainment industry since 1989. Of his many accomplishments, Milner is proudest of forming Executive Temps with his partner Stacy Milner. They have developed a distinguished clientele list including, but not limited to: Disney, HBO, The CW Network, Turner Broadcasting, ABC, Skydance and the Oprah Winfrey Network. Under his leadership, Executive Temps has become a highly respected household name in the entertainment industry.

Margie Gilland is a Senior Managing Consultant at Beacon Hill Associates in New York, and she specializes in placing office support and administrative professionals. Prior to becoming a recruiter in 2021, she had an extensive career in the performing arts. She loves helping artists and creatives in their career search, whether it’s helping them find supplemental employment between auditions and gigs, or assisting those who are looking to pivot out of the arts entirely and bring their skill set into a new industry.
