Leadership for the party is not going to come from Washington, D.C. -Lt. Governor Austin Davis

As we work to rebuild the Democratic Party after losing to Trump again, it’s time for us to have some tough conversations. Last week, I talked to The Washington Post and told them the hard truth that many in our party don’t want to face, but need to hear: Democrats have been too wholly focused on federal races like president and congress.

For decades Republicans have been investing in building their party up from the state and local level — and it’s working.

As Trump and Elon take over our federal government, it’s time for us to look to the states — they will be our first line of defense, and they will lead us forward.

That’s why I’m excited that Democrats have chosen Ken Martin, Minnesota’s state party chair, to be our new national chair instead of a Beltway insider. Now, we need to get our resources to the down-ballot, grassroots, organizations and candidates that need them most.

John, will you split a donation today to support my re-election and the DLGA’s efforts to elect Democratic leaders to key positions to block the Trump Agenda at the state level?

If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will process now and be split between Friends of Austin Davis and the DLGA.

I’m proud to be serving as Chair of the Democratic Lt. Governors Association this year and we have BIG plans to flip seats blue and band together across states to protect our constituents from what is already a disaster of a federal government. Any amount you can chip in to support my efforts is appreciated!

Sincerely,

Austin

PA Lieutenant Governor

While serving as lieutenant governor, Austin Davis helped advance some of the most progressive changes the Commonwealth has seen in decades.

Now, he's helping continue the progress we've made for Pennsylvanians by ensuring we keep Pennsylvania Blue up and down the ballot in 2024. Can you chip in today to help me keep Pennsylvania Blue?
