Judicial Tyranny

The number of lawsuits filed by the left trying to stop the Trump administration is approaching 50. We’ve seen this before. It’s the exact same “lawfare” strategy the left deployed in 2017.

We already have some beyond outrageous opinions that simply cannot stand. I want to zero in on just one that is the most obnoxious. New York federal Judge Paul Engelmayer, an Obama appointee, issued an order blocking Elon Musk and his DOGE assistants from accessing any Treasury Department data.

What President Trump is doing with the DOGE team is auditing the federal government to find out what it is doing with your money. Businesses and non-profit organizations all across America go through real audits every year. But not our federal government.

But now that a real audit is being done, outrageous and depressing things are being discovered, and the left is going nuts because this corruption and waste are being exposed.

Evidently some judges should have studied civics more carefully. All of these federal agencies are part of the executive branch of government. The head of the executive branch is the president.

The president nominates political appointees to lead these agencies. They, in consultation with the White House, hire other political appointees to go into each of these agencies.

These political appointees don’t go to be told by career bureaucrats what they are supposed to do. These presidential appointees and their deputies go to tell the career bureaucrats what they are supposed to do.

Judge Engelmayer turned that basic description of the executive branch of government upside down. He not only ruled that DOGE cannot look at the Treasury Department’s records, but he also banned the Treasury secretary himself from looking at his department’s records. Only the career bureaucrats are allowed to access the records.

This now gets into really serious territory. It is well established that an unconstitutional law, in fact, is not actually a law. Some will retort, “The courts decide what is constitutional.”

Actually, all three branches of government take an oath to follow the Constitution. What this federal judge has ruled is clearly unconstitutional. He cannot order the executive branch of government to not conduct financial audits of the agencies it oversees.

The White House, of course, is appealing the order. But, in my view, the president should simply say, “This order is unconstitutional on its face. I took an oath to uphold the Constitution. I have a moral, ethical responsibility to make sure the taxpayers’ money is not being wasted, and I will not allow a Democrat hack masquerading as a judge to deter me.”

Don’t forget that Joe Biden bragged about ignoring the courts, even the Supreme Court!

The Robed Resistance

Another liberal hack masquerading as a federal judge in Rhode Island ordered the Trump administration to lift its freeze on federal spending. This judge, also an Obama appointee, is not just an ordinary Democrat.

Judge John McConnell, Jr., served 14 years as treasurer of the Rhode Island Democrat Party and four years on the board of Planned Parenthood of Rhode Island. He’s also a major Democrat donor who has given hundreds of thousands of dollars to progressive candidates and causes.

There is no way he is a “judge” in any sense of that word. He is a black-robed left-wing activist. But this is what the Trump administration is having to deal with.

Hamas Breaks Ceasefire

The world was shocked by the condition of the latest group of hostages released by Hamas. Now the terrorists are breaking the ceasefire deal and refusing to release the next round of hostages, scheduled for this coming Saturday.

President Trump blasted Hamas and sent a clear message to our Israeli allies. Speaking with reporters yesterday, Trump said:

“It’s Israel’s decision. But as far as I’m concerned, if all of the hostages aren’t returned by Saturday at 12 o'clock . . . I would say cancel it [the ceasefire deal] and all bets are off. Let hell break out. . . All of them [the hostages]. Not in drips and drabs.”

That’s exactly the kind of support Israel needs!

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today declared, “If Hamas does not return our hostages by Saturday noon – the ceasefire will end, and the IDF will resume intense combat until Hamas is decisively defeated.”

The Biden/Harris administration spent four years pressuring Israel to make concessions to its enemies. It cut off needed weapons in the middle of Israel’s war against Hamas.

Kamala Harris refused to attend Prime Minister Netanyahu’s speech before Congress and then proceeded to publicly lecture him about the “suffering in Gaza” and the “dignity and self-determination” of the Palestinian people.

Even Antony Blinken, Biden’s secretary of state, admitted that all the pressure on Israel backfired by emboldening Hamas.

Hegseth Restores Normalcy

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth issued an order suspending the enlistment of individuals with gender dysphoria and all gender transition services for current military personnel. Transgender individuals currently in the military will be “treated with dignity and respect.”

Hegseth’s order stated that U.S. military personnel must function as “One Force” and that efforts to divide troops by “identity” undermines military morale and effectiveness.

The order was issued to bring the Defense Department in compliance with President Trump’s executive order declaring that “expressing a false ‘gender identity’ . . . cannot satisfy the rigorous standards necessary for military service.”

Trump’s order further states, “A man’s assertion that he is a woman, and his requirement that others honor this falsehood, is not consistent with the humility and selflessness required of a service member.”

After four years of radical indoctrination and humiliation by the Biden/Harris administration and their leftist minions, this return to normalcy within our military is a welcome change.

At his confirmation hearing, Pete Hegseth was asked how rank-and-file troops would respond if the “Biden woke yoke” was ripped off the military. Without any hesitation, Hegseth said, “I know the troops will rejoice, they will love it . . . because they want to focus on lethality and warfighting.”

And the latest record-breaking recruiting numbers prove Pete was right!

By the way, Secretary Hegseth also signed an order renaming Fort Liberty. It will once again be known as Fort Bragg, named after one of the many heroes of World War II, Private Roland Bragg.

Nominees Advancing

Here’s some good news. According to people we are talking to on Capitol Hill, it looks like both Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and Tulsi Gabbard are headed toward confirmation in the Senate. Of course, there are no guarantees, and something unexpected could still happen. I am also aware that some people have concerns about both of them.

I know Gabbard, not well, but enough to believe she will be a great asset to the Trump administration. I shared with you last week that Franklin Graham is a personal friend of Gabbard’s. He attended her confirmation hearing and fully supports her.

Robert Kennedy has some liberal positions on several issues, but not on the major issues President Trump wants him to address at the Department of Health and Human Services.

Trump wants him to reform our healthcare system and refocus our emphasis on disease prevention, rather than constantly expanding the budget, while Americans get more and more unhealthy, and we’re spending more and more money to deal with our declining health.

I’ve noticed many of the critics still will not accept the fact that Donald Trump has built a new conservative populist party. It is the party that the American people put in the driver’s seat, and it has driven the left-wing progressive party down to its lowest approval rating in years.

Kennedy and Gabbard fit into that populist conservative movement. They are like daggers in the heart of the Democrat Party because they were loyal Democrats most of their lives.

Why some people who have been in the political arena for years can’t understand this is mystifying to me. Whenever Democrats get a Republican to come to their side, they go all out to welcome them. Look at how they paraded Liz Cheney all over the country!

Schumer’s Snitch Site

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has set up an online website for so-called “whistleblowers” to “expose corruption, abuses of power, and threats to public safety.

I’ve set aside an hour this afternoon because I want to report Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Chuck Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi retroactively for the last four years!

It’s amazing how Schumer and other leftists suddenly have so much respect for the “brave public servants” they are asking to become whistleblowers. They spent the last four years berating whistleblowers and retaliating against whistleblowers who exposed the corruption of the Biden crime family and corruption at the FBI.

Now, all of a sudden, whistleblowers are heroes. Gee, what’s changed?

Outrageous Spending Stopped

Elon Musk and his DOGE team just stopped an enormous waste of your tax money.

They discovered that the Department of Health and Human Services had signed off on a $168,000 contract to fund a museum exhibit dedicated to Anthony Fauci. Thankfully, that contract was killed, along with the untold outrage that would have erupted when people learned about it.

If Fauci wants a museum exhibit created in his honor, it should be built in Wuhan, and the Chinese Communist Party can finance it!
