# [#]Friend,

Donald Trump has given Elon Musk the greenlight to illegally seize control of federal agencies, fire career public servants, and dismantle critical programs for working class families.

But Trump and Musk are quickly finding out that despite what they think, they’re NOT above the law.

As I write this email, there are at least 45 lawsuits filed against the Trump administration—challenging everything from his blatantly unconstitutional attempt to end birthright citizenship, to his illegal efforts to freeze federal funding approved by Congress.

I want to tell you more. But first, can you chip in $10, $20, or whatever you can to help us fight back against Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s unconstitutional assault on working families and the rule of law? [[link removed]]

Friend, in the last few days alone:

→ A federal judge blocked Trump’s attack on birthright citizenship
→ A federal judge ordered the Trump administration to unfreeze federal funding
→ A federal judge blocked Trump’s attempt to illegally push millions of federal workers out of their jobs

Donald Trump and Elon Musk think that they’re above the law, and the courts are stepping in to block their unconstitutional power grabs.

But that’s not enough. They are not backing down. And neither can we.

Can you chip in $10, $20, or whatever you can to help fight back against Trump and Musk illegal power grab? Your support helps ensure our movement has the resources to fight back in Congress, in the courts, and in public opinion. [[link removed]]
