Hello John,

As your Arizona State Senator, I’ve been committed from Day One to ensuring that Arizona’s elections are transparent, fair, and secure, and I’m already sponsoring and co-sponsoring bills to make that happen.

One of the key bills I’ve introduced this year is Arizona Senate Bill 1375, which is designed to enhance transparency and public access to voter registration data in Arizona. Here’s what the bill will do:

  • Voter registration lists will be made freely available online, so anyone can download and review them. No fees—just public access to information that should be transparent and open to everyone.
  • We’re closing the door on commercial misuse of voter data by making it illegal to sell or transfer voter registration data for unauthorized purposes. Only political activities or election-related uses are allowed.
  • Penalties for misuse of voter data are serious—we’ll hold people accountable if they try to profit off our personal information.
  • And we’re taking steps to ensure that county and state voter systems are synced, with a unique identifier for each voter and compliance with federal laws.

This is just one of the many bills I’m pushing for transparency, election integrity, and a secure democracy. But to keep up the momentum, I need your help.

The next election is only two years away, and we need to ensure that hardcore conservatives like me continue to hold the line and defend Arizona’s future. I’m working hard every day to make this state a better, safer, and more transparent place for all of us. But I need your support to continue this work

You can help me keep pushing for real change by sending $25 today to ensure we have the resources to keep our elections transparent and secure. Any amount would make a difference today, whether it be $2, $5, $25, $50, $100, or even $250, every dollar will help us keep our elections honest and protect Arizona’s future from liberal overreach.

Together, we will take back control of our election systems and make sure Arizona stays on the right path.

Thank you for your support. I couldn’t do any of this without you.

God Bless,

Mark Finchem

P.S. Elections don't work without transparency. You know this. Help me pass this crucial bill to increase faith in our elections!

P.P.S.- I have a VERY special invitation for you! Dr. Lyle Rapacki, Host and Commentator on Yavapai Speaks and Prescott eNews, has a BIG event, "The Mayors Forum for the People", I'd like you to consider attending. Come work with mayors from AZ on how to address our issues!

A groundbreaking event will take place on Thursday, February 20th, 2025, called The Mayors Forum for the People. The link below will share a good glimpse at this unique forum. Mayors from ten cities will present to the public a serious set of challenges facing their communities, and very likely 50 out of 91 cities in Arizona. I am asking you to strongly act on two parts. First, read and share the information from the link below. Distribute this announcement widely; if you have a platform, post this announcement. If you have a mailing list, distribute this announcement. Second, sign up and attend. We just witnessed nationally when citizens come together and demand to be heard things happen, changes for the better occur.

My new show YAVAPAI SPEAKS and Prescott eNEWS together brought this unique Mayors Forum to Prescott. Embry-Riddle University has warmly and wonderfully offered to host this event, and to work diligently making this unique forum a wonderful and successful experience. Embry-Riddle is excited for this opportunity to give back to the community of Prescott and Yavapai County.

Please attend. Please get this announcement out far and wide. You will learn some startling facts about cities facing serious challenges of the same venue across Arizona. Thank you. I look forward to meeting you at The Mayors Forum for the People.
