Hello John,

The Arizona Court of Appeals just handed down a major victory for election integrity - exposing Secretary of State Adrian Fontes’ blatant disregard for the law! In a unanimous decision, the court ruled that Fontes violated Arizona law by giving the public only 15 days - rather than the legally required 30—to comment on his radical new elections manual.

This illegal maneuver was a calculated attempt to rush through changes that weaken our election system, from how voter rolls are managed to how election results are certified. Now, the courts are stepping in, and the fight is far from over.

That’s why I need your support.

Since taking office in November, I’ve made it my mission to restore trust in Arizona’s elections. I have already sponsored multiple bills to strengthen election integrity, close loopholes, and ensure every legal vote is counted while keeping illegal votes out. But the radical left is pushing back hard, determined to undermine our system and silence our voices.

Fontes and his Democrat allies have already vowed to fight the court’s decision, desperate to keep their flawed 2023 election manual in place.

We cannot let them get away with it.

I am working tirelessly to safeguard our elections, but I can’t do it alone. I need the resources to push back against the left’s relentless legal battles, pass crucial election integrity laws, and ensure the will of the people is respected.

Will you help me out in this fight with anything you can today – whether it be $1, $5, $10, $15, $25, $50, $100?

The stakes couldn’t be higher. The courts are on our side, but without strong conservative leadership in the legislature, we risk losing the progress we’ve fought so hard to achieve. Let’s send a loud and clear message: The people of Arizona demand free, fair, and transparent elections.

I am fighting for you—stand with me today.

God Bless,

Mark Finchem

P.S. We have made some real progress on election integrity- passing good laws that result in court cases like this. Help me pass better laws!
