Friend,

Every day I’m reminded about why I am taking on this fight and running for Congress.

Sometimes, it’s during the most mundane moments, like when I was walking the dogs on Memorial Day.

I ran into Glenn who was delivering packages. He was working during a holiday because the Postal Service is swamped during these times. The USPS is a lifeline to many Alaskans and it deserves our full support. We sent him home with a plate of cookies to thank him for his hard work, but I’m ready to do more—I’m ready to fight for postal workers in Congress to make sure they are fully funded and supported.

I’m ready to fight for the seniors I talk to who are worried about cuts to Social Security and Medicare, parents scared that a child’s pre-existing condition will make insurance unaffordable and young people trying to build a future for themselves here at home.

The people of our state made me who I am today. I want to give back by working in Washington to make things happen for all Alaskans.

None of this is possible without your support, and I am so thankful to have you in my corner as we build something truly special—an unstoppable grassroots movement that’s ready for change.

June is going to be a huge month for our campaign, so stay tuned for ways to continue showing your support.

Gratefully,

Alyse
