Trump and Elon Musk have started to dismantle the Environmental Protection Agency right before our eyes. They’ve already eliminated every office focused on environmental justice, diversity, and civil rights — and mass firings are next.

We need Congress to act NOW to stop this corporate takeover. Sign our petition today to protect the EPA from Trump and DOGE.

More than 200 EPA employees who advocate for low-income and minority communities facing toxic pollution have been forced out by Trump’s EPA director, Lee Zeldin. This is just the beginning. Trump’s plan includes firing 65% of the EPA’s workforce and handing control of the agency over to fossil fuel billionaires.

Meanwhile, Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has seized control of nearly all EPA spending, blocked funding for clean energy, and frozen government action to fight pollution. Musk’s team has already worked with Trump’s administration to cancel $20 billion in climate funding from the Inflation Reduction Act — directly benefiting his own personal businesses.

America should be moving towards full reliance on clean, affordable energy — but Trump and Musk are trying to keep us trapped in the past. If we don’t fight back, they won’t stop at the EPA. We saw what they did to USAID and the Department of Education.
