Today is a big one for our team — and not just because of our upcoming mid-month deadline (more on that later, you can pitch in now if you want).

Today is Jason’s birthday!

We’re really proud of the work he’s been doing to fight back against the Trump administration. He’s rolling with the punches, handling the constant breaking news (most of which is bad for our country) with a resolve to fight and make a difference.

From fighting to lower the costs of eggs (which we’ll need later to make his birthday cake!) to shoring up support for veterans programs, Jason is working hard every day to make a difference for Coloradans.

It’s not always easy — but Jason’s not one to give up when the going gets tough.

We want to surprise him on his birthday, and here’s how:
