I don’t love sending you this kind of email, but since we’re still falling about $1,100 short of our mid-month fundraising goal, Sharice agreed it was necessary.

As Kansas’ only Democrat in Washington, Sharice has used her voice to strongly oppose extreme legislation pushed by National Republicans, including their plan to cut billions from Medicaid.

But here’s the thing: That voice makes her a target. In a competitive district like KS-03, National Republicans are working year-round to mislead voters about Sharice’s record, all in an effort to replace her with a politician who will toe the GOP party line.

We need to fight back against these attacks, and that means assembling the resources to get the message out about who Sharice is, what she stands for, and what she’s delivered for our district.
