- CO-SPONSOR... H.R. 1099, to clarify the applicability of the Freedom of Information Act to certain federally established entities, including the Department of Government Efficiency.
- CO-SPONSOR... H.R. 879, to amend the Social Security Act to ensure physicians and Medicare practitioners are not harmed by Medicare cuts and ensure that further reimbursements for healthcare providers are adjusted for inflation.
Letters
A letter to Acting Commissioner O’Donnell expressing concern at the decision to lay off nearly 7,000 probationary employees at the Internal Revenue Service ahead of the 2025 tax season.
A letter to OPM Acting Director Ezell expressing strong opposition to the Administration’s mass termination of veterans and military spouses employed by the federal government.
A letter to Acting Commissioner Dudek to reverse course and halt plans for significant workforce reductions at the Social Security Administration (SSA) and shuttering field or hearing offices.
A letter to Treasury Secretary Bessent expressing concern over Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) access to the Treasury's payment system.
A letter to the USDA Acting Secretary to express concern at the freezing of funding disbursement for grants that had been previously awarded and allocated.
