For teachers, this is often the time of year of report cards, parent conferences, and checking on our goal setting.

Our work towards ending the gun violence epidemic is no different. And although we’ve had to adjust our plans with the new administration, our focus hasn’t shifted.

We’re still committed to ending gun violence through:

✅ Holding innovative training sessions with teachers, school staff, and admin across the country.
✅ Being a presence on the national stage to ensure that teachers’ voices are heard in the gun violence prevention space.
✅ Engaging in building relationships with local and national leaders as we lead the fight to make our schools and communities safer.

But here’s the thing: Our work requires significant funding, and we’re teachers, not fundraisers. So we’re counting on grassroots support from people like you to push our movement forward.
